Las Lagunas's Route

This route allows us to visit the Protected Biotope of the Laguardia Complex, protected worldwide, as it is included in the List of Wetlands of International Importance defined by the RAMSAR Convention. The Complex consists of 4 wetlands, the first of which, the Prao de la Paúl corresponds to a raft and the remaining 3, Carralogroño, Musco and Carravalseca, are seasonal natural lagoons. These wetlands are home to important biodiversity, especially migratory birds, which use the lagoons as a resting place.

Using two long-distance itineraries, such as the GR 38 Wine and Fish Route, and the GR 120 Ignatian Way, we will have the opportunity to discover these lagoons through several loops of different lengths.
